home roast espresso.

So lets see what the difference on just over 24 hour old beans for espresso is.

5 clicks out.

The pull.

MMM Crema!

Taste:   Initially Dark smokey chocolate but as the shot cools  more citrus and fruits but keeps the chocolate undertones. medium body  really low acidity.

Final thoughts:  a good shot  grind needs a bit of dialing in  due to new beans.
